1974 – Mike graduated from Fresno State with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature
1980 – Mike graduated from San Joaquin College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, passed the bar exam and was admitted into the California Bar Association
1981 – Mike became Corporate Counsel for Fisher Land Corporation
1982 – Mike became Corporate Counsel, Vice President and Secretary of Fisher Industries, R.G. Fisher Constructors, Bantam Builders Corp and Fisher Land Corp.
1985 – Mike opened for business as Michael L. Condry, Attorney at Law
1985 – Micon Real Estate opened for business as a full service real estate company involved in brokerage, development and management.
1986 – Micon Builders opened for business as a general building contractor.
1986 – Micon Real Estate partnered with Doug Vermillion and purchased and rehabilitated the Micon Office Building, where its offices are still located.
1988 – Micon Real Estate created BAM Investors, a partnership, to develop the Tangerine Hill Apartments, in Sanger, CA. Micon Real Estate is still one of the general partners and manages the project for the partnership.
1988-98 – Micon Real Estate developed and constructed a number of projects, including subdivisions, single family homes, apartments and shopping centers, all of which were sold.
1998 -02 – Mike partnered with Affordable Housing Development Corporation to acquire and rehabilitate the 11 tax credit projects, involving 2,300 units, in which Mike still has an ownership interest today.
2003 – Micon Real Estate acquired the first of seventeen USDA RA preservation transfer projects, known as Los Banos Heritage Village, a 50 unit, garden-style senior project. Michel Associates, Boston, MA, purchased the tax credits and the USDA 515 and Washington Mutual Bank (WAMU) provided construction and permanent financing.
2003 – Valley Relocation Services, LLC, a wholly owned affiliate of Micon Real Estate, opened for business to handle relocation during rehabilitation.
2003 – Micon Real Estate acquired Dinuba Parkside Village, a 76 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2004 – Micon Real Estate acquired Cameron Park Green Valley, a 40 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2004 – Micon Real Estate acquired Sonora Greenwood Village, a 48 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2005 – Micon Real Estate acquired Placerville Deer View Park, a 48 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2005 – Micon Real Estate acquired Ft. Bragg Duncan Place, a 44 unit, hotel-style senior project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2005 – Micon Real Estate ventured into the Hawaii market and acquired Pepeekeo Kauhale Olu, a 124 unit, garden-style family project on the Big Island. Michel Associates provided the equity and Central Pacific Bank provided the financing.
2006 – Micon Real Estate acquired Susanville Citrus Manor, a 54 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2007 – Micon Real Estate acquired Sutter Creek Sutter Hill Place, a 44 unit, garden-style senior project. Michel Associates provided the equity and the USDA 515 and WAMU provided the financing.
2008 – Micon Real Estate acquired Lincoln Golden Village, a 49 unit, garden-style family project. Michel Associates provided the initial equity. The partnership eventually replaced Michel Associates with equity through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). WAMU provided the construction financing. USDA 515 and Bonneville Mortgage Company (USDA 538) provided the permanent financing.
2010 – Micon Real Estate acquired Ione Jose’s Place, a 44-unit, garden-style senior project. ARRA provided the equity and JP Morgan Chase Bank provided the construction financing and USDA 515 and USDA 538 thru Bonneville Mortgage Company provided the permanent financing.
2010 – Micon Real Estate returned to Hawaii and acquired Lahaina Honokowai Villa, a 56 unit, mid-rise style family project on the island of Maui. ARRA provided the equity and the State of Hawaii through its Rental Housing Trust Fund and USDA 515 provided the construction and permanent financing.
2010 – Micon Real Estate acquired Koloa Hale Ohana, a 48 unit, garden-style family project on the island of Kauai. ARRA provided the equity and the State of Hawaii through its Rental Housing Trust Fund and USDA 515 provided the construction and permanent financing.
2010 – Micon Real Estate acquired Winters Almondwood, a 39 unit, garden-style family project. ARRA provided the equity, JP Morgan Chase Bank provided the construction financing, and USDA 515 and USDA 538, thru Bonneville Mortgage Company, provided the permanent financing.
2010 – Micon Real Estate acquired Gridley Oaks apartments, a 56 unit, garden-style senior project. ARRA provided the equity, JP Morgan Chase Bank provided the construction financing, and USDA 515 and USDA 538, thru Bonneville Mortgage Company, provided the permanent financing.
2011 – Micon Real Estate is acquiring Atascadero California Manor, a 95-unit, hotel-style senior project. Boston Financial is providing the equity, JP Morgan Chase Bank is providing the construction financing, and USDA 515 and USDA 538, thru Bonneville Mortgage Company, are providing the permanent financing.
2011 – Micon Real Estate is acquiring Mt Shasta Alta Vista Manor, a 44 unit, hotel-style senior project. Boston Financial is providing the equity, JP Morgan Chase Bank is providing the construction financing, and USDA 515 and USDA 538, thru Bonneville Mortgage Company, are providing the permanent financing.
2013 – Micon Real Estate acquired Patterson Place Apartments, a 40 unit garden-style senior project. Boston Financial is providing the equity, Rabobank is providing the construction financing and USDA 515 and USDA 538, through Bonneville Mortgage Company, are providing permanent financing.
2013 – Micon Real Estate acquired Rio Dell Apartments, a 49 unit garden-style family project. Boston Financial is providing the equity, Rabobank is providing the construction financing and USDA 515 and USDA 538, through Bonneville Mortgage Company, are providing permanent financing.
2013 – Micon Real Estate acquired Riverview Garden Apartments, a 42 unit garden-style family project. Boston Financial is providing the equity, Rabobank is providing the construction financing and USDA 515 and USDA 538, through Bonneville Mortgage Company, are providing permanent financing.
2014 – Micon Real Estate acquired Diamond Place Apartments, a 30 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2014 – Micon Real Estate acquired Sherwood Manor, a 35 unit senior apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2015 – Micon Real Estate acquired Valle Vista Apartments, a 44 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2015 – Micon Real Estate acquired Gustine Garden Apartments, a 34 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2016 – Micon Real Estate acquired Alberta Gardens Apartments, a 48 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2017 – Micon Real Estate acquired Delta Vista Manor Apartments, a 40 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2017 – Micon Real Estate acquired Parkview Apartments, an 80 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2017 – Micon Real Estate acquired the General Partnership Interest in six Central Valley Properties:

2019 – Micon Real Estate acquired Sierra Valley Senior Apartments, a 50 unit senior apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2019 – Micon Real Estate acquired Portola Senior Apartments, a 50 unit senior apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2020 – Micon Real Estate acquired Mountain View Apartments, a 46 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2020 – Micon Real Estate acted as developer of the rehabilitation of Harvest Garden Apartments, a 44 unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2021 – Micon Real Estate acted as developer of the rehabilitation of Monte Vista Manor Apartments, a 44-unit multi-family apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2022 – Micon Real Estate acquired Lindsay Senior Villa Apartments, a 44 unit senior apartment project offering affordable rents with rental assistance provided by the USDA for qualified tenants.
2023 – Micon Real Estate began construction of California Grand Manor, a new 76 unit senior housing project offering affordable rents to qualifying tenants.
