1986 – Micon Real Estate partnered with Doug Vermillion and purchased and rehabilitated the Micon Office Building, where its offices are still located. Micon Builders was the general contractor. Contract value was $75,000.
1988 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on a 24 unit single family development project in Sanger, CA. Contract value was $1,200,000.
1989 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on the 64 unit multifamily project known as Golden Oak apartments in Visalia, CA. Contract value was $2,000,000.
2005 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Ft. Bragg Duncan Place, a 44 unit, hotel-style senior project. Contract value was $1,000,000.
2006 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Susanville Citrus Manor, a 54 unit, garden-style family project. Contract value was $1,200,000.
2007 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Sutter Creek Sutter Hill Place, a 44 unit, garden-style senior project. Contract value was $1,000,000.
2008 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Lincoln Golden Village, a 49 unit, garden-style family project. Contract value was $1,250,000.
2010 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Ione Jose’s Place, a 44-unit, garden-style senior project. Contract value was $1,400,000.
2010 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Winters Almondwood, a 39 unit, garden-style family project. Contract value was $1,500,000.
2010 – Micon Builders was the general contractor on Gridley Oaks apartments, a 56 unit, garden-style senior project. Contract value was $2,025,000.
