Mike Condry has been in the business of developing properties since 1985. During that time he has developed over xxx units of affordable housing throughout California and Hawaii.

Mr. Condry has also been a licensed building contractor since 1985 and under the name of Micon Builders has overseen the construction of our last four projects.

Mr. Condry is a licensed attorney since 1980.

Mr. Condry is a licensed real estate broker since 1984.
